Located on prime Keawakapu Beach in sunny, south Maui, Mana Kai Resort offers 8 stories of fabulous ocean views from every room. There is a four star resturant on the premises and a deli- grocery and beauty parlor for your convenience. Conference and meeting facilities are also available. Sunbathe ocean front on the lawn or at the pool.

Built in 1973, the Resort offers a rare combination of one and two bedroom condominiums and hotel type rooms. Many of the condos are available to rent, some can be rented directly from the owner. Many have been remodeled.

The condos are not large (square footage is more similar to high rise units in Kanapali than the more spacious low rises of Wailea and South Kihei) but the price is right and the location can't be beat. Great for typical vacation rental length stays.

5 Palms Restaurant & Lounge has open air dining ocean front, wonderful food (my dad thinks the banana french toast is the best ever) and often has pupu & dinner specials for dining before 5:30 PM. Yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path are offered on property.

"The hotel, pool and grounds are kept spotless. The beach outside your door is one of the best on Maui with good snorkelling and safe waves for children... The view was excellent, and the beach was one of the best we have every seen. In the morning world class snorkeing right outside the your room, then mid day calm water for the little ones and then late day a bit rougher surf for big kids and dad. The pool is fine".
