The Map below will also help you with locations. Though most condos are in beach front complexes, we do have a very special home with amazing ocean views and within a 10 min walk from the beach. All our Makena accommodations are within a 5 minute drive from at least 5 beaches and 5 golf courses and 2 tennis clubs. All our condos in Wailea & Makeana have been inspected, ownership confirmed and meet our strict membership requirements.

Makena begins just south of Wailea's Kea Lani Hotel. Polo Beach Club, is located right there at the end of the Wailea ocean front walk. Polo Beach is literally steps away from this unique 8 story resort. A parking garage, spacious lawn and ocean front pool complete this sestting.

6 miles south of Kihei Town Center and 2.2 miles south of the Wailea stop light, is Old Makena Road. Take it down to the beach. You have now found Makena Landing. Here there is a nice secluded park with plenty of trees for shade and chickens for amusement. A great spot for a shore dive, riddled with caverns, archways, and a bubble cave or fishing, swimming & snorkeling. There are restrooms and a shower at the beach park which is made up of a sand beach, rocky beach, and a small park that is nice for picnics and gatherings. The shore slopes gently into the deeper water, and the absence of a dramatic break make it ideal for children and families.

Recently some luxury homes have been developed across from the Landing. They afford an affordable opportunity for larger families or groups sleeping 6-8 with 3 bedrooms, spectacular ocean views, walls of windows that disappear and private pool for a true tropical life style.

In Hawaiian, makena is the word for abundance and that certainly applies to Makena Surf. Built in 1984 on 15 spectacular ocean front acres at Po'olenalena Beach on the Makena coastline. Makena Surf's gated resort is still private, but not as secluded as it once was. All units offer central air conditioning, large, fully equipped kitchens, wet bar, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service and private lanais.

107 units in the 6 separate three-story buildings offer breathtaking ocean and mountain views. 2 swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 4 tennis courts, 2 beaches and private BBQ areas are also on property. Turtle town is reachable for a good swimmer. The tropical grounds are beautifully planted.
