Built in 1979, the 1 bedroom, 1 bath units range in size from 653-668 sf. while the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos range from 884-899 sf. There is elevator or stair access to expansive lawns and the shoreline.

Centrally located on Maui, with lovely, tropical grounds, steps to the gentle surf, & free of the crowds, guest here watch whales in season, surfers, windsurfers or just the gentle surf rolling across Maalaea Bay year round.

Wake up to panoramic views of Molokini, Kahoolawe, Maui's south shore, and Haleakala. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over Haleakala, and brilliant skies at sunset

Our Condos:

Condos have fully equipped kitchens and individual washer/dryer. Some offer Internet access Air Conditioning. The trade winds can blow here but the condo orientation takes advantage of their cooling while protecting the property from stronger winds.

A lovely and immaculately kept pool area with jacuzzi hot tub, gas grills & grassy picnic area with tables await you outside.

A short stroll away you will find one of Maui's undeveloped three-mile beaches perfect for strolling, bird watching, shell collecting, snorkeling, and all water sports. Walk to six restaurants (including top rated The Waterfront, three convenience stores, Maui's new aquarium, shopping center, and multiple boating activities at Maalaea Harbor.
