Ekahi Village 19C: 1 Bedroom, Wailea Condo Owner Rental

Very private and quiet 1 bed / 1 bath, ground floor unit that overlooks a beautiful green belt with a peek a boo view of the ocean! You can hear to the waves crash on beautiful Keawakapu beach while BBQing on the lanai. The pool pavillion and beach are a short (less than 4 minutes) and easy flat walk from the condo.

The bright living room has a sleeper sofa, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, DVR system and IPod outlet. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and blackout drapes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the lanai. Additional features include Weber BBQ, free wireless internet and free long distance phone calls to the US and Canada.

Hi and welcome to our Maui home in Ekahi village. We purchased this unit in December of 2009 because we fell in love with so many things about this unit. Our favorite is the close proximity to the water. While we barbeque on the lanai, we can hear the waves crashing on Keawakapu Beach. We love the fact that it is a ground floor unit with a wonderful green belt surrounded by the exquisite tropical landscaping that Ekahi village is known for. The condo is set back so the unit is quiet and very private. Our unit faces west and gets the wonderful afternoon /evening sun. There is even a peek-a-boo view of the water!

The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the lanai which makes barbequing easy. The unit is large (approx 800 sq ft) with a dining area, living area, bathroom / changing area and bedroom. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, IPod outlet, 40in LCD TV and surround sound. The master bedroom has a large TV, king size bed and we have just added black out curtains for those of you that like to sleep in. We have just finished tiling the whole condo. The large lanai off of the bedroom is totally private and gets the morning sun. The unit has wireless internet and free long distant phone calls to both Canada and the US.

Another reason we love this unit it’s only a 4 minute walk to the pool pavilion and beach. And the best part is it is a relatively flat walk! There is also a quiet pool that is only a 1 minute walk from the unit. This pool is perfect for those days when you just want to relax and read a good book or have a quick swim to cool down. The main pool pavilion is wonderful. It has a full kitchen and ice maker. You can bring your picnic lunch (or a few snacks and drinks) and leave it in the fridge so everything stays cold until you are ready to eat! The pool is right on the water and often in whale season, you can see the whales breeching while you are lounging by the pool. The complex has gated beach access. Keawakapu beach is wonderful for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. You can head north up the beach for a beautiful beach walk or you can head south down the beach and jump on Wailea’s famous boardwalk that runs all the way to the Grand Wailea!

Our condo has 1 bath and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
