About Kihei Sands
This property is conveniently located in the heart of Maui, and accessible to all of island activities including shopping, golf, tennis, snorkeling, diving, fine and casual dining. This is a kid friendly location and is priced well for units of this size in South Maui. Enjoy long walks, swim in gentle waters, sight humpback whales (in season) and sea turtles, canoe with the local outrigger canoe club, and/or surf.
At Kihei Sands its rarely more than 20 steps to the beach and pool. Plenty of lounge chairs on the grass and dine oceanfront/pool side on umbrella shaded tables
Nearby, Maalaea Harbor is a beautiful site that offers charter fishing boats, snorkel boating tours and enjoyment of other water sports. It is a good central location for many of Maui's other famous activities in Upcountry, West and North Maui.
The beautifully landscaped grounds include a delightful ocean front swimming pool, gas BBQ's and laundry facilities. The grounds are beautifully maintained.
Our Condos:
This complex is small (30 units) and intimate, it is not a fancy resort with maid service and room service. Each unit is individually owned and decorated. All condos at Kihei Sands feature full kitchens, private lanais, cable TV, phone and ceiling fans. These are not large units but very efficiently laid out and steps from the beach.
You'll find our owner rentals are often better maintained and outfitted than classic rentals. Look for our starfish rating for those we have inspected and meet our standards.
Casual eatery, convenience stores and daily farmers' market are all within walking distance of Kihei Sands. Ask our owners about discounted coupons for golf at Kihei's Elleair Golf Club.
