Owners must keep their calendars and prices current or they are dismissed from our site. Our owners in Wailea, Makena, Kihei & Maalaea actively manage their condos and use them when they are on island. They take pride in their homes and delight in spreading the Aloha Spirit.
You will be generally be dealing only with the owner of the property you select. With no middle man, you'll find our rentals offer exceptional values as well. All our resort condos are legal TRANSIENT VACATION Rentals. Plan ahead or book your last minute vacation travel accommodations directly with our owners.

By dealing with the owner directly, you know the specific condo you are renting. Most of us actually live in our units part time. Our kitchens are well equipped, our properties well maintained and the environment is anything but sterile. We all enjoy renting our Maui homes directly and introducing our "guests" to the 6 excellent golf courses and 2 world class tennis clubs within 10 minutes of our "bit of paradise". Most of our owners have been Maui regulars for years and are happy to share their knowledge of the island with you or help you find additional condos for family reunions or larger groups.
